Regional Marketing Initiatives and Partner Collaboration

  • Develop and implement annual partner marketing strategy and plans in collaboration with the Dornier Asia South sales team and selected partners, aimed at driving growth and market penetration
  • Lead, plan and roll out high-impact marketing initiatives for key partners including events, workshops, email campaigns, and webinars, for market engagement and brand visibility
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the Asia South region to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and provide insights for developing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure distributors are consistently informed about new products and have seamless access to the updated brochures and promotional materials through various communication channels including meetings, emails, and the partner portal.
  • Oversee and review the adaptation of Dornier-branded marketing materials, ensuring global content is tailored for regional relevance while maintaining alignment with company messaging and brand standards.
  • Co-lead the strategic planning and execution of all Asia South events, managing the entire lifecycle from budgeting and logistics coordination to onsite execution and post-event analysis.
  • Instruct, supervise and ensure that partners comply with Dornier’s CD CI regulations.

Global Marketing Communications & Branding Efforts

  • Strategize, develop, and implement marketing initiatives, promotional activities, branding campaigns, and global marketing and clinical materials with Global Marketing Communications, Global Product Marketing, and Digital Experience Team, including content creation (copywriting) and editing.
  • Manage the marketing materials approval process by coordinating closely with regulatory, and product marketing team to ensure timely release and proper filing.
  • Oversee and maintain the global depositories, ensuring timely dissemination and communication of approved marketing and branding collaterals and maintaining the various platform

Qualifications Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of regional marketing experience, including 1–2 years of direct experience working with distributors.
  • Experience in copywriting and collateral development.
  • Prior experience in the medical devices industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or another second language is a plus.

Skills

  • Competency in MS office especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, as well as other technology tools relevant to marketing and communications.
  • Highly motivated, able to perform under pressure, and work effectively within a team.
  • A great communicator who can work independently under minimal supervision.
