Job Description
This is a key role in managing / expanding the distribution channels in assigned countries to drive business growth and to develop business relationships with end customers directly. To be successful in this role, you should be independent and highly driven, demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and possess the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. It is also important to adopt a hands-on approach when required and be willing to travel extensively.
Job Responsibilities
1. Primary Responsibilities
• Achieve individual performance targets as set out by management
• Manage channel partners and develop distribution network within assigned markets
• Negotiate and close business deals with channel partners
• Perform market analysis and develop suitable pricing strategies
• Develop and implement plans to be the brand champion for Dornier MedTech
• Understand market drivers and dynamics to craft relevant strategies to drive business
• Meet assigned countries’ specific goals and strategies
2. Secondary Responsibilities
• Work with service team to meet service targets
• Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships
• Comply and follow company SOPs and other relevant procedures
• Take on specific assigned ad-hoc projects to drive business
Job Requirements
• Tertiary degree or equivalent
• 7-10 years of relevant regional work in sales and channel management with strong record of exceptional results
• Extensive experience in South Asia, South East Asia or Australasia is mandatory
• Medical capital equipment sales experience is mandatory
• Experience in Urology is a plus
